A full mouth restoration, or full mouth rehabilitation or reconstruction, is when
all or most teeth in the mouth are restored to an ideal condition. This is done
when there has been a lot of wear, missing teeth, or failure of many old
restorations. Full mouth restorations may be completed in as little as two visits,
and can include the use of porcelain veneers, porcelain crowns, bridges, or
implants.
A full mouth restoration requires the experience of a highly skilled aesthetic
dentist since poorly fitting restorations can ruin your bite, jaw joints, and teeth.
